Design and Job Development
The goal is to ensure that the customer always has a single point of reference.
At the time of order acquisition, the Chief Contractor is appointed to be the technical and organizational interface with the customer throughout the development of the project.
The main tasks are:
- Review together with quality the requirements
- Develop design and define material purchase requirements
- Coordinate various activities (both inside and outside the company) to complete the job order on time
Production
We aim to be a Partner capable of handling the orders entrusted to us in a timely manner with impeccable quality.
Our production team handles two macro activities:
Work cycles and scheduling
Define the sequence of transformation steps :
- internal processing
- Quality control (both intermediate and final)
- external processing (both intermediate and final)
Monitor and manage progress through simulations on estimates to finish.
Production preparation
- Definition of tools and special equipment needed
- Preparation of CN and CAM programs
Machine tools
- Mechanical processing performed by experienced operators with machines that are constantly maintained and periodically checked.
We regard machine efficiency as the indispensable starting point for achieving the required results.
However, the quality of the result is determined by :
- correctness of work preparation
- capacity of the operation
Therefore, our effort is directed toward continuous training of workshop personnel to ensure:
- reading the drawing without uncertainty
- Knowledge of chip removal theory and practice
- ability in parts handling
- ability to program on board the machine
