In addition, the order leaders take care of the construction design themselves and can carry out studies and drawings if required. In this way, the client always has a technical and organizational point of reference to deal with, and receive timely updated schedules to monitor the progress of the work.

Once the construction design is finished, the production office sets the work cycle by defining the individual steps that are needed to make the products. This activity is essential not only to ensure quality requirements, but also to keep production time under control and meet delivery dates. Accurately managing all aspects of a project obviously translates into added value for the customer: in fact, being able to coordinate in-house machining in the carpentry, milling, turning, and assembly departments with those outsourced to external suppliers for special machining is the best guarantee of achieving an excellent end result.
